MONTHLY WORKSHOPS at FLOTE

Each month will feature a different workshop that relieves and prevents aches and pain; reduces stress and anxiety; and promotes relaxation and mobility through mind-body awareness. Also, learn simple movements to do on your own to reinforce each workshop and promote your own wellness. I recommend taking them all. Good for all fitness levels.
